The world changed very quickly in February/March, 2020. Covid-19 sneaked in like a thief in the night and altered our lives. Laundry services are hygiene related so UpperCrust was allowed to continue working. But during that process, an employee did become ill. He was wearing his mask but not gloves.
Fortunately our employee overcame his illness (which was never verified as Covid because his doctor saw him via Zoom) but we increased our protection. We now use a combination of gloves, masks and we wash our hands constantly.
