How is this for a nightmare? Two different companies but the same issue: Edited versions of notes sent to social media:
Company #1 …… It is impossible to contact them, no one responds to emails, using their website contact form produces no response, and no one answers their 301 number, and the mailbox says it’s full before you can leave a message.
Company #2…….they gave me someone else’s clothing. They picked up the clothing from me on [date] and I was supposed to hear back and didn’t for about two weeks. My emails were ignored and when I called I was on hold for at least 20 minutes before I got hung up on then when I called right back I was on hold for 30+ mins until I hung up. The chat function on the site is a joke, it’s just a robot that doesn’t understand anything and advises you to email; which they don’t respond to. I ended up having to buy underwear and various clothing to get by which was annoying and costly……
And there you have it. Pull up and read reviews in any city across America and you will see the same problem again and again. People are entrusting their clothing to companies only to find that their clothes are being lost or damaged. Then when they call to find out how to remedy the problem, they are met with robots, answering machines that don’t work, unmanned phones and abandoned email systems.
